Who is responsible

The controller of your personal information is British Bangla Travel Ltd, Suite 2B, Level 1, 22 Ataturk Tower, Road 17, Block C, Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Contact: sales@britishbanglatravel.com.

What we collect

• Contact details of the person booking.
• Traveller details, including passport details where a provider or authority requires them.
• Booking and payment records. Card details are taken by our card payment provider; we do not see full card numbers.
• Messages and requests you send us.
• Technical data needed to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

• Making and managing your booking: contract.
• Passing details to providers and authorities where required: contract, legal obligation.
• Accounting and fraud prevention: legal obligation, legitimate interests.
• Offers by email, if you ask for them: consent.

Who we share it with

Travel providers, our technology provider that runs this site and the booking system, our card payment provider, our email provider, and authorities where the law requires. When we book your trip, we share the details needed with airlines, hotels and other suppliers, some of whom are outside Bangladesh; this is necessary to provide the booking you asked for.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for your booking, our accounts and the time limits for legal claims, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its use, to take it elsewhere, and to withdraw consent. Contact sales@britishbanglatravel.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.
